Cologne Chip AG reserves the right to change or discontinue its service at any time. We cannot accept any liability for interruptions or other disturbances caused by files that are not error-free or formats that are not structured error-free.

Cologne Chip AG is responsible as a content provider according to § 7 para.1 Telemedia Act for the “own content” which it provides for use, according to the general laws. These own contents are to be distinguished from cross-references (“links”) to contents provided by other providers. By means of the cross-reference, Cologne Chip AG makes “third-party content” available for use, which is marked in this way. “Links” are always “living” (dynamic) references. Cologne Chip AG checked the external content when the link was first established to determine whether it could give rise to any civil or criminal liability. However, it does not constantly check the content to which it refers in its offer for changes that could give rise to new liability. If it determines or is pointed out by others that a concrete offer to which it has provided a link triggers civil or criminal liability, it will remove the reference to this offer.

The mere mention does not imply that trademarks are not protected by third party rights. The copyright for any material created by Cologne Chip AG is reserved at Cologne Chip AG. Any duplication or use of such graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts in other electronic or printed publications without the express permission of Cologne Chip AG is not permitted.

4. Declaration on the Consumer Dispute Settlement Act

In accordance with German § 36 VSBG (Law on Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes, see European directive 2013/11/EU), we hereby inform you that we will not participate in dispute settlement proceedings directed by consumer arbitration boards nor are we obligated to do so. Cologne Chip does neither address nor sell its products to any consumers.
